Building Personal Resilience is a half day programme designed to help individuals understand and recognise their own stress and equip them to proactively build resilience by providing practical tools for dealing with stress.
The course offers a unique approach to stress training: it is guaranteed to be straight forward, practical and humorous. It offers a completely fresh approach to this often sensitive subject.
The content aims to help individuals:
develop a personal plan for greater personal resilience
know how to define stress from pressure
know how stress affects them and their colleagues
understand where stress comes from
have a range of tools for dealing with the stress in their lives – both business and social
