Course description

All employees who want a deeper understanding of what motivates, provokes and inspires them and those concerned about the consequences of unconscious biases within their workplace.

  • review: what is Unconscious Bias?

  • how does Unconscious Bias effect the workplace?

  • self-awareness: from ‘Unconscious Biases’ to ‘Conscious Choices

  • strategies for effectively managing workplace biases

Due to the nature of this topic, the maximum number of participants is 10 and a degree of openness and readiness to participate in the programme is required.
