Creative Thinking & Continuous Improvement programme has been developed to give managers and staff the tools, techniques and practice the skills in order to be more efficient, think of new ideas, and take the initiative and responsibility for improvement ideas, using Kaizen and creative thinking techniques.
The programme has been split into two half day modules – Creative Thinking – 3 hours, and Continuous Improvement – 2.5 hours, delivered on a virtual platform.
This course is suitable for managers or staff who would like to learn how to solve problems creatively and how to encourage colleagues to do the same.

Delegates' email addresses as recorded on the ESCC Learning Portal will be provided to the training providers for the purposes of this training only.
