Creative Thinking & Continuous Improvement programme has been developed to give managers and staff the tools, techniques and practice the skills in order to be more efficient, think of new ideas, and take the initiative and responsibility for improvement ideas, using Kaizen and creative thinking techniques.

The programme has been split into two half day modules – Creative Thinking – 3 hours, and Continuous Improvement – 2.5 hours, delivered on a virtual platform.

• Use creative thinking tools for new ideas to achieve your objectives


• Take away the ‘5 step plan’ – a technique for thinking through problems and objectives to implementation


• Be able to run your future meetings as thinking environments


• Learn the fundamentals of Continuous Improvement in order for it to be taken forward as a philosophy within your part of the organisation


• Use VAFA – Value Added Flow Analysis to look at current processes and identify waste

This course is suitable for managers or staff who would like to learn how to solve problems creatively and how to encourage colleagues to do the same.

This training is expected to be delivered via Microsoft Teams.
