Are you curious about how the menopause can affect you?

Would you like to understand this part of your life, know how to manage it and be confident with your choices?

This three and a half-hour online session is aimed at women going through, approaching, and out the other side of, the menopausal transition and offers information and tips to understand the process and emerge stronger.

How to maintain our emotional wellbeing and keep our equilibrium

Why, and how, this can be one of the most potent times of a woman’s life!

Learning outcomes

You will be offered information, advice and support and will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. The workshop is run with full confidentiality in a safe space with absolutely no obligation to share anything you choose not to.

The workshop will be facilitated by a leading voice on women in the workplace, women’s leadership and personal development. Katie Day is a trainer, consultant and coach with decades of experience working around the world supporting organisations on gender diversity and leadership development. She has a particular interest in supporting women with their health and wellbeing.
