This course is open to Children’s Services social care managers and focusses on how you can adapt your leadership style to support your teams effectively during this period of uncertainty and change.

This group coaching session will give you an opportunity to reflect on the challenges of managing “hybrid” teams and your current leadership style and consider how to best support the wellbeing of your staff.
