Course description

This training consist of two half day sessions. Your application, once confirmed, will be a booking for both half days.

We anticipate that the trainers will send out a pre course questionnaire, covering your place and area of work, and possibly to include any concerns you may have.

Training objectives

This course is designed to raise awareness of risks staff may face while lone working and give you tools you need to minimise these risks.

The primary objective of the Personal Safety course is to provide delegates with useful knowledge and tools to apply best practice for their own personal safety, by learning how to effectively assess, mitigate and manage risks they may encounter in the course of their work, as well as in general.

By the end of the course, delegates will have a greater understanding of potential risks and feel more confident in managing their personal safety and conflict situations.
