Course description

'Being Your Best You & Knowing your Worth’ through an understanding & demonstration of emotional intelligence and mindfulness

In this 2.5 hour workshop, there will be facilitator led presentations, individual and group work. (There is a built-in coffee/comfort break)

Diversity, Inclusion & Equality are integral to all aspects of the design and delivery of all Mui Li Associates Sessions. It is vital that individuals and groups understand and comply with The Equality Act 2010 (amended 2020).

We can often be our worst saboteurs, not recognising that the language and behaviours we use can send out unhelpful messages about our confidence and sense of worth. At times of change and uncertainty, it is important we remain confident and send positive messages about our skills and knowledge and what we can offer to new or existing employers and customers.
