The new supervision and appraisal model for ESCC (Maximising Performance) has an emphasis on managers and their staff having continuous, high quality, coaching conversations to support everyone to increase their performance.

It is essential that you complete the "Maximising Performance" elearning module & pre-course work prior to attending this workshop.

This workshop looks at the skills needed by managers to get the most from these discussions, including how to tackle poor performance and how to further motivate high performers.

LAS Search and View is a half day of training for East Sussex County Council users to familiarise themselves with the Adults Liquid Logic platform. This course is for anyone joining an ESCC team that uses LAS whether to view client data or input data into the system

As a new staff member your manager must request that a Liquid Logic account is created for you before attending this course. When the account is created you will receive an e-mail invitation to book onto this course. Existing users are welcome to book if they wish to refresh their skills.

You must complete this training in order to be able to access the LIVE system. The trainer will activate your account on attendance.
