The course assumes that delegates are familiar with:
• Entering and editing Excel data
• Opening, closing and saving Excel workbooks
• Entering simple formulas
• Dragging formulas to copy them to other cells (AutoFill)
• Locking cells in formulas with $ signs.


To take part in this course, delegates will need an internet-connected device with camera
and microphone, and an internet connection which can stream video in reasonable quality.

Code: ESC/21/74 Personal Impact and Assertiveness Training (EVENT FULL)

This course will discuss your impact on others and developing your personal brand – described as “what people say about you when you leave the room” (Jeff Bezos) and how we can come across in order for people to buy in to you and your ideas.

The course introduces trusted techniques in how to deal with difficult situations and handle conflict in a direct, calm and controlled manner (“Assertiveness”), in order to recognise and appreciate the different communication needs of people.
The course will be highly interactive, please bring your specific examples of having to deal particular situations.
