Having successfully completed the DIY Part one candidates can attend this practical course.

The course aims to provide candidates with the theoretical and practical skills to safely carry out DIY / Maintenance in educational premises.

Neuroscience continues to reveal more and more about the brains working and to give new insight into key processes and the strengths and limitations that go with these.

In this half-day workshop we will share the latest neuroscience relating to personal development - i.e. making lasting change to our thinking and/or our behaviour – and how we can use this to enhance our well-being and effectiveness in these uncertain times.

A two-hour online training course

After months of home working, we probably all have experience of the good, the bad and the ugly of online meetings. Some people find the new medium liberating; for others, the experience could best be described as painful!

This two-hour online course looks at the essentials of managing meetings and presenting well, whatever platform you’re using.

This session is open to any member of staff who has supervisory responsibility, or member of staff who is interested in developing their remote team management skills.

As some staff start to return to the office and others continue to work from home we are all going through another phase of adjustment.

If you have supervisory responsibilities you will face additional challenges in bringing the team together to work productively with each other.
