A 3 hr Trainer-led MS Teams session covering GOV.UK guidance for creating accessible documents including:

  • Writing accessible documents
  • Making non-HTML documents accessible
  • Creating a PDF/A for archiving purposes

SharePoint is a half day of training for East Sussex County Council users to familiarise themselves with the SharePoint platform.
This course is for anyone joining an ESCC team that uses Sharepoint libraries to store team information and who has not used Sharepoint before. The course will also cover managing your own Onedrive site used for storing personal documentation.

This short course gives a general introduction on using Umbraco to update East Sussex County Council's external, public-facing website for residents and businesses: www.eastsussex.gov.uk 

It also covers some features on the staff intranet.

Please note - this is a remote learning session which will be completed using Microsoft Teams.

We recommend that you check
• firstly that you have Microsoft Teams available on the device you intend to use
• that both the video and audio settings are available on that device
• that you complete the session in a place with as little likelihood of interruption as possible, and with minimal background noise

 

You will also have to complete the Writing for the Web Training
