This course will teach you to understand what mental health is, how to challenge stigma and common mental health issues.

You will have an introduction to looking after your own mental health and maintaining wellbeing. You will gain confidence to support others who may be experiencing mental health issues.

The MHA course is delivered by a quality assured Instructor accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health, who are trained to keep people safe and supported while they learn.

The course aims to give you an appreciation of the requirement and importance of safety risk assessments. It deals with office/building based assessments for office managers and Controllers of Premises and has no social care content.

If you work in a school or other child centred establishment can we please direct you to the Risk Assessment and Analysis sessions on the Children's Workforce channel, which are specifically tailored to your environment and needs.
